COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A long-time customer favorite at our Pub, the IPA is full of flavor aroma from Simcoe Hops, yet very smooth and easy to drink!
Copper colored, with a strong hop aroma of grapefruit, citrus, even pine (in addition to the hops bitterness). Medium malt flavor is present resulting in a crisp, dry beer with balanced character.

12 oz single can shared, from Total Wine & More - Gilbert, AZ. Clear orange appearance with a white head. Mild aroma of piney hops, light resin and toasted grain. Similar flavor, adding moderate hop bitterness and a dry finish. A little raw overall.

On tap at SunUp, pours a clear copper with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out light piney hops, some floral notes and doughy malt. Flavour is floral and citrus hop-heavy, with quite a strong astringency on the finish. Lacking character despite finishing abrasively. Meh.

12oz can thinks to rick. Pours out a crisp golden topped with a sand head. Nose pine citrus hops and a cereal malt. Taste is more of the citrus pineapple and some cereal malts.

Bottle share at Steve’s. Kind of a soft, mellow IPA, got lost in all of the big beers surrounding it. Not much to remember it by, rather average IPA.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Light grapefruit and light pine aroma. Grapefruit and pine flavor with light earthiness. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and pine linger with light earthiness.

Tap. Clearer copper orange. Some candy hops in the aroma, slight spruce and citrus in both flavor and the aroma. Lighter to medium body that’s slick.

Pours clear pale amber, small off-white head, great lacing. Aroma is light, caramel, pine and a hint of melon. Flavor is light plus sweet and medium bitter, not a lot going on. Medium body, lots of lingering bitterness.

On cask. Golden color with big off white head. Grassy, some citrus flavor. Goes down very smooth. Enjoyable on cask.

Draft taster at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a white head that heavily laces the glass. Notes of caramel, grass, a lot of hay, florals, and apple. Medium-bodied, with moderate carbonatoin and a sweet, malty mouthfeel. Didn’t do much for me at all.

UPDATED: MAR 12, 2014
Location: Draft at Angel’s Trumpet, 3/2/14

Aroma: Nose is citrus and pine hops with some grainy malts
Appearance: Clear gold-orange white head and plus lace
Flavor: The taste is light sweet and mid bitter
Palate: Body is smooth and clean with a soft carbonation
Overall Impression: Solid IPA, nice and drinkable. Not a standout in the style, just a good, solid, drinkable one.
