Beer5000 (6441) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - APR 24, 2017
Bottle. Slightly unclear amber body with a huge creamy tan head. Weak aroma of malt with some bread and yeast. Flavor is quite plain, but smooth with malt, some fruit and hint of bread. Medium body and average aftertaste. A rather pleasant lager it is.

djoeye (4605) - Tromsø, NORWAY - NOV 26, 2016
Aroma; roasted malts, cream, dust, milk, cocoa. Look; light beige head, brown-ruby body, about clear. Taste; roasted malts, chocolate, grassy hops, coffee drop, dark grain - leading to a balanced roasted malt finish. Feel; normal. Overall; very food friendly, for yuletide (xmas) dishes. Nonshaugen (597) - Fetsund, NORWAY - NOV 13, 2015
This review is for the 2015 vintage. 50 cl bottle with a flip top, Nice popping sound when opened. Great looking, dark copper to mahogany coloured beer, thin beige head. No strong aromas, a hint of roasted malts and coffee(?). Not a flavour bomb, but I can pick up some malts, some coffee and maybe some dark, bitter chocolate at the very end. Medium mouthfeel, low carbonation. Verdict: this is still too young, it needs to be aged. So what I’m going to do is to buy two more, and let them sit in my cellar until Next autumn. Then I’ll do another review.

abemorsten (3593) - Mosterøy, NORWAY - FEB 13, 2014
On tap at the brewery as "Bø Øl". Same beer as Juleøl but stored a bit longer. Muddy deep orange body with a dense light brown head. Spicy bread and toasted tobacco on the nose. Toasted, mellow veggie bitter and a tad acetic. Medium bodied and smooth to drink. Light doughy texture and sour tones in the finish.
