Bottle in Koln. Pale gold no head. Metallic heavy mineral water. Strong iron flavor with sweet corn alcohol. Pretty bad, not good at all even if it is Koln’s oldest kolsch bier. Itzjerm (2869) - Taft, Tennessee, USA - MAR 30, 2017
Sorogum malty and light saltiness. Malty hay and off flavor not enjoyable.

0.2 l on tap at ’Sünner im Walfisch’. Clear, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, stable, white head. Faint, grassy and a bit fruity aroma of grains, straw and hints of citrus. Slightly bitter, quite grassy and a bit fruity taste of straw, some grains and hints of citrus, followed by a short, medium bitter, rather grassy and slightly metallic finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay! VertBaconStrips (2389) - Blerkablerka, VENEZUELA - JAN 2, 2017
A buddy emptied his fridge and gave me the beer that was in it. This is one of them. Age unknown - the only one I know is good for sure is the Chimay Blue. 500ml bottle. This has that grainy aroma and bread with a touch of caramel. Taste is same, fairly clean, slight cardboard. Makes me think of the night in Radium with the 5 team pitchers of Mt. Begbie Kolsch... josanguapo (1681) - SPAIN - DEC 15, 2016
