COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Made from 100% Niagara Apples. The ripe fruit is picked in October, frozen, and then gently pressed. The resulting juice is sweet and bursting with the flavour of many different varieties of apples. The wine has a heady aroma of apples and a hint of vanilla and caramel.

Bottle - Semi sweet and lots of sugars.  Pale glear gold.  Sweet apple and a light tartness with a syrupy meaty finish.

Sampled at the winery. Deep golden pour. The nose has a lot of sweet apple but is also quite alcoholic. An odd sort of vegetal character seems to be there on the back as well. Ripe apple flavour up front with a touch of spice. A little bit of candied sweetness and a bit of cooked caramel. The palate is very sweet initially with a lack of acid (as in the iced pear) to balance. Hot flavour and finish make this somewhat of a disappointment.

Bottled, pour was a nice bright yellow, the taste was fairly fruity of apples, The finish was all alcohol and not terribly pleasing.
