Draft - Semi sweet and some apple skin. Pale clear gols with no head. Semi sweet and tart with light tannin and a lond apple finish. Lubiere (13911) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 5, 2005
Clear yellow with foamy white head. Tart apple and grapeskins. Very sweet, like an apple nectar/pop, not acidic. Light bodied. Thanks Mike H. j12601 (11943) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - NOV 27, 2009
On tap at the Merchant Ale House. Pours a clear straw yellow, closer to water with a hint of yellow than to yellow. No head. Big sweet apple aromas a touch of champagne yeast. On the thin side of medium, but with loads of very fine carbonation. Ascetic acid, little bit of apple, lots of tartness. Finishes with more tangy acid. Not bad, just rather empty and one dimensional. jercraigs (10374) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 3, 2004
UPDATED: JUL 27, 2008 2008-07-21. Pale yellow body. (2-3) Modest apple aroma. Light flavour, tart apples, light acidity in the finish. Average to light bodied palate. Quaffable but fairly simple cider. 6+/2/6/3/12 - 3.0 Sampled at the winery.

April 2004. Clear yellow headless body per the style. Nice appley aroma and the finish is very much apple juice but there is a hint of something in the aroma and the initial swallow of this that defies my analysis. Can’t tell if it’s something I like or something unnatural. A decent cider but nothing so special. 6/3/6/3/12 - 3.0 Draft at the Bow and Arrow.
Pours a pale yellow-straw colour with prickly light carbonation. A little bit of apple flavour but there is also a touch of tartness. Firm palate and a little bit lingering apple flavour. It’s okay, but it’s pretty typical.

[1545-20080720] 341mL bottle. Mild apple powder aroma. Clear, pale yellow body with no head. Sweet initially, flavour is very apple throughout with a tart finish. Light body has bubblies on the tongue. Nice.

can. almost clear translucent without any bubble activity. sweetish apples, touch of acidity, pears as well, some bitter flesh and alcohol, ginger, yeast. low carbonation, light body, semi-sweet warming citrusy finish. inoffensive but a bit dull (relatively) strong cider, or like an inexpensive sweet white wine if you prefer. o-k. Had on draft @ the Merchant Ale house, then @ Sunnybrook in bottle .. i liked the bottle just a bit better, nicer mouthfeel .. . lively mouth .. light honey and apple .. . slick and easy going .. . tasty apples! blankboy (7689) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 18, 2010
Bottle [341ml] courtesy of GregClow. Pours a clear, bubbly, incredibly pale gold with no head -- looks almost like carbonated water. Mild aroma of sweet apples, wood, sugar and white wine. Tart apple flavour with some sugary sweetness, some acidity, white wine and a long dry finish. A touch too carbonated for my liking. Light bodied. Just O.K. Where and how: can LCBO 473 ml
Aroma: front was slightly funky sadly in bad way. Wet cloth notes that lingered a while. Mild sweetness with apple theme below… Still that foul smelling wet cloth.
Base: clear, pale gold
Palate : medium thinner body, average carbonation.
Taste: much better than what aroma offered. Good apple flavor depth. Balanced. Some tartness on sides. Tasty.
other notes solid cider if not that aroma flaw.
