473 mL can. Pours pale Sauvignon Blanc with a cap of fizz that fades. Nose is lightly sweet, apple, honeysuckle, perhaps some floral notes. Taste is somewhat sweet as well, lightly tannic. Light body and high carbonation, spritzy mouth feel. Well made but unremarkable. DougShoemaker (3147) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 25, 2004
Full apple aroma, clear yellow, almost no head. Big apple flavour, crisp, sweet, dry, refreshing. A nice treat. CapFlu (5126) - Victoria, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 21, 2005
(Draught) Sampled at the Woolwich Arms & Arrow in Guelph, ON. Came headless with a clear, lightly carbonated, golden body. Nose of apple juice with slight nail polish. The flavour was crisp and balanced - fairly sweet. I would love to have this on tap in Ottawa as well... MrManning (2009) - Hamilton, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 25, 2006
Bottle courtesy of Hyde, thanks Derek for this rare treat! Pale straw pour, very slight white fizzy ring of head. Looks of slight carbonation. Apples and white grapes in the nose, with sweet apples, grapes, and sugars in the mouth. Nice legging, with a crisp, fizzy finish. Enjoy like a wine. Would drink again. jercraigs (10303) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 3, 2004
UPDATED: JUL 27, 2008 2008-07-21. Pale yellow body. (2-3) Modest apple aroma. Light flavour, tart apples, light acidity in the finish. Average to light bodied palate. Quaffable but fairly simple cider. 6+/2/6/3/12 - 3.0 Sampled at the winery.

April 2004. Clear yellow headless body per the style. Nice appley aroma and the finish is very much apple juice but there is a hint of something in the aroma and the initial swallow of this that defies my analysis. Can’t tell if it’s something I like or something unnatural. A decent cider but nothing so special. 6/3/6/3/12 - 3.0 Draft at the Bow and Arrow.
Bottle. Pours a clear fizzy white-coloured body. Sugary apple aroma along with some grape soda. The flavour is of a similar dynamic with some alcohol warmth coming through. Balanced apple tartness. Effervescent carbonation. A respectable cider all around. beanmedic (347) - Hamilton, Ontario, CANADA - APR 29, 2007
no head. pale yellow. very clear. constantly bubbles from the bottom. looks nice. allple aroma and flavour. i didnt really like the feel of the carbonation. AleRider78 (1066) - Winchester, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 22, 2016
UPDATED: DEC 22, 2016 Pours a clear light gold with a fizzy bubbly head goes away immediately. Fairly heavily carbonated. Apple and pear aromas. Flavours are pears and apples, some subtle acidic notes. Very sweet. Big bodied mouthfeel. Dry finish. Not bad but very tangy on the palate, making seem a little bit sour. blankboy (7662) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 18, 2010
Bottle [341ml] courtesy of GregClow. Pours a clear, bubbly, incredibly pale gold with no head -- looks almost like carbonated water. Mild aroma of sweet apples, wood, sugar and white wine. Tart apple flavour with some sugary sweetness, some acidity, white wine and a long dry finish. A touch too carbonated for my liking. Light bodied. Just O.K. Where and how: can LCBO 473 ml
Aroma: front was slightly funky sadly in bad way. Wet cloth notes that lingered a while. Mild sweetness with apple theme below… Still that foul smelling wet cloth.
Base: clear, pale gold
Palate : medium thinner body, average carbonation.
Taste: much better than what aroma offered. Good apple flavor depth. Balanced. Some tartness on sides. Tasty.
other notes solid cider if not that aroma flaw.
