Had from bottle @ Sunnybrook Farm, Niagara on the Lake, Canada .. . light sweet apple, light pear skin .. . pours like clear apple juice .. . slightly boozy and a bit dry .. . . Mom, Mom! You’re mixing polyapolane with polyurethane. blankboy (7735) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 11, 2010
At the winery. Pours a clear pale yellow with no head. Quite dry, and slightly odd (to me) aroma of pear, other sweet fruit and floral notes. Flavour: Pear takes getting used to, not as sweet as expected, also really dry. Average bodied. I liked it but didn’t love it, it’s an acquired taste in my opinion, i think I would need to get used to it. mabel (9246) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 13, 2010
[2670-20091225] 750mL clear bottle. Fruity blueberry pear aroma. Clear, pale pale yellow body with no head. Pear fruit juice flavour is fairly dry. Light-medium body. Not bad, nice with turkey.

2009-12-25. Pale yellow body. Sweet butterscotch and florals in the aroma . Flavour is similar, sweet fruit, touch of butterscotch with a dry finish light alcohol and acidity. I didn’t get a lot of distinctly pear like fruit out of it. Pleasant, quite different. Interesting. Bottle from the winery, vintage not recorded.
