One of the best cheap beers in Japan! Quite tasty and has a good smell. I think it's even better than Asahi. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Golden, thick head. Has a sweet, clean but heavy pale malt character. Not bad generic lager.

Can. A golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of straw, vitamins, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, metal, and boring hops, leading to a dry finish.

[email protected] Taphouse Share, Copenhagen - golden pour with white head. Aroma and taste is pretty much non existent, very watery, faint notes of malt and fruit, dish water.

Borup (14270) - Albertslund, DENMARK - NOV 24, 2015
33 cl. bottle. Clear golden colour with a white head. Aroma and flavour of malt and watery.

35 cl can. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is cornish and grassy. Grassy and slight toasted malty. Mild cornish, sweet and toasted malty. Mild fruity and toasted malty finish.

My father-in-law’s home beer choice. Not terrible for a daisan, but nothing I would choose off the shelf. Goes ok with food and finish is somewhat ok. Lacking in flavor but not much worse than other Japanese macros.

Malty aroma and flavor. Slightly bitter. No great bitterness that disappears quickly. Fortunately. On the verge of unpalatable. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

I actually like it. Had it several times while in Japan and it has a pleasant taste.

While drinkable enough for a daisan, its still skunky to both your mouth and nose.
