DylansDad's rating

2.6
DylansDad (639) - North Shore, Auckland, - APR 1, 2013
Smooth and sweet malts, then a touch of bitterness. Clean and crisp while still effervescent but flattens quickly, and there is a jarring taste of alcohol heat at the finish. Drinkable but not something Iíd ask for again.

Head is soapy. Aroma is spicy and floral. Taste is soapy. Bizarre for a ípremiumí lager.

Big can in a glass. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of pale malts, light floral hops, and light toast. Flavor the same. Average texture. A decent beer.

Can. Normal lager. Clear yellowish on color. Strong on carbonation. low to middle on bitterness. light to mid on body. Not much on sweetness also. Drinkable

3.4

Keg in the lounge at Haneda airport - Tokyo. Pours clear gold with a fluffy, white head. Nice, simple aroma of biscuity malts. Light sweet flavour with further biscuity character, along with soft bitter straw, pale grain. Light bodied with average carbonation. Tidy finish, more dry, pale biscuits, mellow hop presence. No issues here.

0.44ml from tap at Musashi-Kosugi (Tokyo). Just a lager, drinkable but it doesnít have anything in particular

3.3
60minuteman (1682) - West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 23, 2017
On tap at Bistro Bingo. Clear yellow-gold pour, two finger white head. Simple corn, yeast and lemon aroma. Very smooth malt taste. Some citrus aftertaste and finishes utterly smooth.

2.5
Pudelek (427) - Gýrny Slýnsk / Oberschlesien, - APR 13, 2017
Puszka 0,33 przywieziona z Japonii. Kolor ciemnozłoty, piany brak, aromat nijaki. Typo eurolager (choć spoza euro) niczym się nie wyrůżniający, choć też nie jakiś tragiczny.

2.9
TedE (1304) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - MAR 25, 2017
On tap at restaurant in Canberra. Slight hop nose. Amber beer with creamy white head. High carbonation. Tangy hop taste, bitter finish. Standard Asian lager. Looks good though.

Ferris (15013) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 11, 2017
Can - Light grains and some honey. Clear gold with a rich white head. Bitter up front with a touch of grain and apple. Nose is ok but tastes a bit harsh.

Luneylane (176) - Taipei City, TAIWAN - NOV 12, 2016
Not interested in clocking up ticks, promised myself Iíd only rate the really good ones. However, since theyíre so widely available in Taipei, and since I actually worked in Japan for five years, Iíll rate this one just for fun. Two small cans from Wellcome supermarket poured into a pint glass for the full effect. Aroma: fresh grass, quite nice actually. Appearance: clear amber, very little head, noticable rising bubbles. Light-bodied, rather thin, lively carbonation, very abrupt bitter finish. Taste: a medium degree of bitterness. For a macro out of a can, this is not the worst by any means. Drinkable.
