Bottle shared at THT June ’17, bottle around 5 years old. Near clear orange with a ring off white head. Aroma of syrup, caramel, malt, light vanilla and light booze. Flavour is heavy sweet. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. [16/06/2017]

mariuspoenari (3175) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - JUN 16, 2017
Sampled at the June THT. Clear caramel pour with no head. Notes of caramel, alcohol, dried fruit, sherry. A bit too boozy but surprisingly decent. I think 5 years of age worked in favor of the beer.

7 3 6 3 13 Bottle shared at THT thanks to mariuspoenari. 5 years old. Clear dark golden with short lasting white head. Marzipan, caramel, cognac, light sherry, light bread, alcohol, oxidized old fruits. Over medium sweet and alcoholic bitter. Full bodied with lots of alcohol. Not bad at all, the age probably helped a lot.

sjogro (4999) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - JUN 16, 2017
Sampled from bottle at THT June at kwartje. Near clear pale amber and no head. Caramel and stroopwafels. Big sweet and light bitter. Medium body, slick and low carbonation.

ciocanelu (3093) - Timisoara, ROMANIA - APR 10, 2017
3 years after the BB date. Almost clear golden color with just a bit of foam. Aroma starts with lots of sugar and a hint of dried fruits. Besides these, lots of alcohol. So far, not as bad as expected. Taste starts with sugary dried fruits, lots of booze, some floral perfume, some earthy, woody bitterness on the finish. Light, dry body. Seems that the age has done good things to this beer, it is not as bad as expected.

GhostS (544) - Chisinau, MOLDOVA - JAN 30, 2017
Strong aroma of caramel with alcohol, juicy fruits with syrup and alcohol, rum, raisins, quince jam. Taste of caramel with quince jam and lot of alcohol (too much), slightly sour white wine, alcoholized fruits, some sweetness in the background. Very good!

Maersk (357) - MOLDOVA - JAN 17, 2017
Amber, a bit hazy, no head. Alcohol, ripe fruit, dried fruit, port wine. Well balanced, sweet, alcoholic. Good.

artemb (1292) - Chisinau, MOLDOVA - DEC 19, 2016
old bottle was produced at 2011 and saved in the archive and tasted at Dec 18, 2016 Look: amber, hazy. Aroma: sherry-like oxidizet notes, some roasted notes. Taste: cloying sweet with harsh spicy boozu bitterness. Flavour: baked apples, sherry, harsh alcohol. Harsh boozy finish. Strange thing.

dnicolaescu (2787) - Chișinău, MOLDOVA - DEC 18, 2016
UPDATED: JAN 17, 2017 BOTTLE 50 CL. Clear brandy color, zero retention head. The aroma is pretty much Oloroso sherry, dry and oxidized, oily and nutty. The flavour is there as well, dry and oxidized, with just a hint of sweetness, just a bit if residual cereals, a bit thin and with a slight hint of paper in the finish. After six year in the bottle, it just not the beer it was supposed to be. It tastes like Oloroso and I like sherry.

JPDIPSO (6298) - Wauwatosa, USA - NOV 30, 2016
Holy Shitski, I just noticed what the ABV is. Golden color with a quickly diminished, fizzy head of what I think might have been white bubbles. Slightly interesting scents of mead and malt liquor. Scents of higher glues, alcohol and floral sweetness wonder in. Heavy industrial flavors, with higher alcohols and actually a grain and malt hint. Burns in the back of the mouth, throat and stomach along with the fizzy feel. Slightly nutty finish. I will add this to my stockpile of brews to be decontrcted in the future.
