33cl bottle @ home. Hazy yellow color, huge rough soapy white head. Smell malts, yeast and lightly some fruity influences. Taste malts, dough, slightly yeasty, lightly herbs or spices, lightly fruity and lightly a fruitpeel-bitterness. Fizzy carbonation, low to medium body, thin texture.

(Bottle, 0.25 l - BBE 05/11/12, at 101 Beers, 20120811) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, Belgian style yeast and grassy hops. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, Belgian style yeast, grassy hops, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. A harsh blonde.

Przyjemny smak bez dominacji alkocholu

250 ml bottle @ Gastropub Tuulensuu, Tampere.
Pours a slightly unclear golden colour with a small head. Aroma of pale malts and sweet dried fruits. Flavour of pale malts, spices, sweet dried fruits, yeast, some weak hops and hay. Medium bodied, soft carbonation and a fruity, sweet malty finish with some yeast. Good.

25 cl bottle @ Gastropub Tuulensuu, BBE 03.08.2012
Sweetish aroma with hay, some caramel, toffee and soapy citrus. Flavour has soapy citrus with some floral notes and hints of toffee. Aome alcohol comes through when having with food. A bit too sweet but ok.

250ml bottle (101 Beers, Tampere)
Clear honey colour, huge tight white head due to the etched glass. Honey-like sweet aroma. Honey in the taste too. Some hazelnutty dry paperiness too. Smooth palate, crisp carbonation. Hoppiness quite high, quite a bitter bite, and a nice tingle. Adding some yeast dulls the bitterness, but mellows it nicely, brings out the honey aspects. Nice sweet blond.

(Une dégustation offerte par rodenbach99. Merci l’ami!)

Note: 5+/10
