500ml Can. In a tulip. I like these high boost Lagers , nice and grimy . This one drinks a bit like a mix or intertwining of a Belgain ale and lager yeast ..like Leffe Blond in body , but without ale esters . Big foamy white cream above gold. Nose of cardboard , floral hops , bready malt , but a bit gluey -no 7 score there for me . Clean and surprisingly un boozy on flava . This beer is nothing like the tough beefy eastern Euro Strong lagers . This example drinks not badly . OwainTurner (425) - Leicester, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 25, 2013
UPDATED: JUL 2, 2013 Looks like tramp’s piss, smells of sweaty crotch, however tastes ok... Citrus, very fruity, very sweet.. almost Cola sweetness intact lasts as if it has lemonade mixed in... not great but drinkable. tommann (3751) - Dudley, West Midlands, ENGLAND - MAR 21, 2013
500ml can at 7.5%. Pours gold with a medium, frothy head. Aroma is sour yoghurt, and not in a good way. Taste is sweet with some corn and a touch of rubbery alcohol. SilkTork (5737) - Southampton, United Kingdom, Hampshire, ENGLAND - JUN 9, 2012
440ml can from Co-op - £1.54. Easy drinking, but too thick and sweet and little of interest. This is not Carlsberg Special Brew! Some faint vegetable notes. Not for me. rauchbier (3889) - Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - JAN 13, 2012
Can, as Co-op Super Strength Lager but 7.5% abv. Gold, thin shortlived white head and mpderate condition. Low fruity malt in the nose with some suggestion of alcoholic strength, quite smooth and sweet in the mouth with a developing chalky bitterness followed by a peppery spiciness on the tongue, some sweetness persists in the finish but a gentle bitterness and retronasal alcohol warmth lingers most.
