From old tasting notes. Clear, bright greenish gold color. Big creamy white head. Light crisp malty aroma. Zesty, moderately dry malt flavor has slight hop bitterness in finish. Highly carbonated.

Aroma and flavor is malts, mild caramel and a smooth/slightly beery finish. Not bad, rather forgettable but that’s not necessarily bad, definitely not nasty.

Superior 4.6% has a thin, white head, a clear, straw appearance, with lots of fairly large white chunks, suspended, throughout. Lots of glass lacing left behind. The aroma is of a sharp spice note, of some sort and a strange green apple or grape skin smell. Taste is somewhat muted, but one will pick up that odd grape or apple thing. Mouthfeel is medium, and Superior Original finishes crisp and easy going. RJT

355ml bottle riding the ferry from Playa del Carmen to Cozumel. Drank it from the bottle as it did its job an quenched my first and aided in cooling me down. Nose is crisp malt with light German hops. Flavour is also crisp malt with a light German hops influence. Its a maltier brew compared to other light watery classic Mexican type beers.

luttonm (6757) - Seattle, Washington, USA - NOV 3, 2016
Bottle in Oaxaca. Super pale corny lager. Fairly sweet. Mostly innocuous. Cloying, sticky finish for such a light beer. Drinkable.

oh6gdx (26485) - Vasa, FINLAND - OCT 22, 2016
Can. Pale yellow colour, small white head, which disappears quite fast. Aroma is maize, some strange sweetness, earth and mild grains. Flavour is quite similar to the aroma. Watery and quite dull.

Lubiere (14151) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 17, 2016
A pale blonde lager with a thin white head. In aroma, light crisp malt with light German hops, light adjunct, so-so. In mouth, a crisp malt with grassy German hops, light metallic notes, light grassy hops, so-so. Bottle from Oxxo, Cancún.

caribou43 (1184) - Lausanne/Sevilla/Lima, SWITZERLAND - MAY 19, 2016
I drank this beer at Puebla, close to the D.F It is again a lager, the main objective is to refresh and become drunk at cheap price, if I compare with themicrobrewery. The color is yellow, average carbonation, thin and white foam, grainy, watery, few hop, nothing special.

JorgeLee (2234) - Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 20, 2016
From a can on the boat trip, Playa del Carmen. A fairly unpleasant corny harsh vegetable chemically liquid.
