1.2L bottle bought from the tienda across the street from the hotel.
A- Slight red/ruby color. Thin head.
S- Nothing really.
T- Light. Not too "fizzy".
M- Crisp, light and fizzy....almost no body to speak of.
D - better than Corona and other typical MX beer found north of the border. mzaar (3388) - Varberg, SWEDEN - FEB 11, 2013
Flaska. Guldfärgad, med vitt bubbligt skum. Gräs och citrus i aromen. Fin maltsötma i smaken, parat med en viss pepprighet gör detta till en rätt trevlig lager. Foxbush (2008) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - JAN 20, 2013
355 ml Bottle This was enjoyed at the Iberostar playa on the Riveria Maya. The beer poured a clear golden with a medium off white head. The head quickly dissapated. There was a sweet aroma with hints of sweet malt and the flavor had hints of hops. The carbonation was average. This again was a perfect fit for enjoying the pool, beach or playa. The finish was dry with no bitterness.

Souvenir du mexique, bouteille de 341ml, goût et arôme d'herbe et de malt, typiquement commerciale.

Bottle: Poured a golden color lager with a medium size white foamy head with average retention and not much lacing. Aroma consists of light sweet notes with not much else going on. Taste is also dominated by light sweet notes with limited adjunct coming through and a bland aftertaste. Body is light with good carbonation. Another bland lager.

The pour is a clear gold with a thin white head that leave lacing. The aroma is slightly sweet. The taste is very light but clean. It’s fairly well balanced and not all that offensive. Maybe a step up for the American light beer drinkers. Not terrible. burg326 (5479) - Florida, USA - NOV 28, 2012
12 ounce bottle, drank from the bottle in the streets of Cozumel, aromas of light stale beer, light corn, and some grain. Flavors are the same, not much else for a basic pale ale, watered down overall, nothing that makes this beer pop. Decent overall due to the heat, but wouldn’t go out of my way to drink this one again. Christos (5694) - Arnhem, NETHERLANDS - NOV 19, 2012
Can of 355ml, bought at the local Oxxo, I would prefer the bottle but then I would have to buy a package of six of a beer I don’t know. So, this can should do it for this review.
Light yellow colour, a bunch of bubbles and a two finger head that lingers for a while, but only because I poured it so.
Aroma is of malts (?) or corn, certainly doesn’t stink that much of corn.
Nice taste, although nothing obviously traceable, it is not bitter, it is not sweet, just ..neutral.
Medium carbonation and medium thickness.
Overall, the most average beer I’ve drunk till now in Mexico, if you find yourself there and don’t know which beer to choose, this is your safiest option. TheGrandMaster (2335) - Auckland, NEW ZEALAND - JUL 2, 2012
Bottle. I’m sure this one tasted better as it was my first drink after an unplanned weekend hiatus as all alcohol sales were banned over the election weekend in Mexico. Definitely some malt character with some dryness in the finish. sseb69 (1907) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 20, 2012
Bue à Playa Del Carmen au Mexique. Quand on a les pieds dans le sable on peut devenir moins objectif...Couleur jaune paille, mousse blanche. Maïs et un peu de malt, peu de houblon. Finale sans histoire, très douce.
