Bottle. Large fine bubbly white head that mostly diminished. Fair display of lacework in the glass. Clear sparkling body with a yellow color. Aroma of cardboard, grass, straw and dusty like grain. Over the palate comes dry grassy feel. Light bodied with an average carbonation and very dry texture for a Pale Lager I would say. Flavor was light bitter with a hint of sweetness. Light bitter cardboard like finish. Ok in the Mexican sun which by the way is HOT HOT HOT! SynergyXJ (510) - Blacksburg, Virginia, USA - DEC 19, 2007
Bottle in Mexico Regular cheap Mexican beer. Nothing else to say. But I need 75 characters, so I’ll type this sentence too. pumpmaster (1446) - Pembroke Pines, Florida, USA - OCT 25, 2007
12 ounce bottle. Very popular in Mexico but really nothing here unless thirsty. LiebeBier (808) - Annapolis, Maryland, USA - MAR 24, 2007
Bottle - Typical adjunct flavored pale lager. Nothing special here other than it wasn’t corona. jsquire (4674) - St. Marys, Ohio, USA - MAR 14, 2007
The guys in Chihuahua called this beer "Lupe rios" because that’s what the memo writing looks like. It was a pale straw color out of the bottle with a fizzy white head and a thin grain sweet nose. Very little to this beer, but it was a thrist quencher without any obvious distraction. Clear, crisp, light and good with Mexican food. This may be a solid utility beer, its just not very interesting.

Bottle from a store in Cozumel. Pours typical Mexican beer refuse- light yellow, highly carbonated, and little head. Agua no es purificado. Aroma is popcorn and little else. Tastes like corn syrup. Mouthfeel is abhorent. Eh, it’s another rating. JFGrind (2074) - Glenside, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 3, 2006
20 pesos, purchased @ a roadside beer store in the Yucatan from a one eyed man. Beer wise there is nothing going on here, flat unattractive beer with no flavor. HarryFlashman (469) - Chatham, Kent, ENGLAND - OCT 26, 2006
Similar pale lager to Dos Equis Amber and Corona and quite refreshing if ice cold. I enjoyed this, but that might have been just because it was a change from the Dos Equis I consumer at my resort?
