As La Botteresse Blonde. From Wine & Cheese in Clayton, MO. Pourts light amber with a small white head. Light fruity aromas of citrus and "wild" fruits. & Ginger!! Fairly intense flavors. Makes a nice change. Frank (4194) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JAN 19, 2011
This bottle feature a prominent aspect of Belgian culture on the side: a large breasted anime character w/ a basket full of hops on her back. The beer itself is a cloudy copper orange w/ a rather small head or white bubbles. The nose is interesting. There is a fruity Belgian yeast character along w/ a citrus floral sort of thing and a bit of gypsum mineral character punctuated w/ a bit of mint of some sort. This is a medium bodied beer. It’s slightly sticky, a bit on the under-carbonated side and a touch tart. Overall, this is unimpressive for the style or Belgian beers in general. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - DEC 16, 2010

(Bottled) Nice head. Sourish citrus, strawberry cream in the nose. Sourish and lightly acidic flavor with pale malt, green apple and citrus. A bit acidic for my taste, but quite nice, tart and dry. 4355 Cornfield (5570) - Oak Forest, Illinois, USA - AUG 24, 2010
Rating from a bottle of La Botteresse Blonde, obtained at Binny’s Beverage Depot in Orland Park, Illinois: This poured a slightly hazed golden body with a short-lived fizzy head. The aroma was a blend of citrus and floral scents with a light malty sweetness. The flavor reflected the nose faithfully, adding an orange pip bitterness at the midpoint. Dry finish. Pretty tasty. Bottle. Vibrant bronze beer with little head. The aroma is sweet and yeasty, and the flavour is vinous with yeasty, and mildly spiced citric notes. Overall an average yeasty and malty Belgian beer. leaparsons (10551) - Wigston, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - JUN 4, 2010
Bottle. Honey with floral notes and citrus. Cidery with earthy apple and caramel. Yeasty and quite agricultural. Flavours are sweet and sour lemon with plenty of yeast. Bitter with dry, woody notes on the finish. Has a good refreshing sparkle. Good. beerguy101 (5360) - Newark, California, USA - MAY 8, 2010
Sampled on 5/7/2010. This Belgian Ale pours a medium orange gold color from a 33cl bottle. Medium sized white foamy head, nice lacing. The aroma is fruity and sweet, apricot and peaches. A medium bodied Belgian Ale. The malts are fruity and sweet, with lots of peach and apricot. Fairly sweet. Nice bright yeasts. Decent carbonation. There is a touch of tartness at the finish. The flavors really open up as it warms. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is sweet with a touch of tartness.
