Draught at the brewery. Clear light straw color. I had to ask if they filtered this because it was so clear, but they do not. Maybe some biocloud is in order? Big spicy wit yeast aroma with modrate coriander and just a hint of spicy citrus. Good beer on the whole but could use some tweaking and possibly some more body and wheat character. Nothing special with this beer. The aroma was very nice, however beyond that it was simply a decent beer in this category. The orange peel and coriander are not prominent enough. JohnC (3008) - Mission Viejo, California, USA - JUN 30, 2011
I had this on tap at Surf Brewery.
It poured flat and the flavor was a bit medicinal and didn’t have anything in the way of crispness
