From 16oz Can poured a beautiful orange amber, The smells are like a tropical fruit salad. Pineapple, mango and orange. All these tastes pop right out as well, a sweetness with balanced with floral hops. No to much burn from the 9%, just an amazing beer. Makes you want to live in Minnesota. UPDATED: JUL 20, 2012 Poured from a can into a pint. Color was amber/copperish. Probably a ¾-inch head with lots of good looking film that lasted throughout.
Powerful smell. Heavy on the hops. Seems to be some kind of citrus in there, maybe grapefruit? Pineapple? So good to the nose.
Strong alcohol taste, but not as much as I thought. Impressively smooth. Lots of flavors coming together from caramel/chocolate to either that slight citrus flavor. The smoothness trumps all.
Mid-to-high carbonation. I can’t mention smooth enough.
Just a terrific beer. If you see it somewhere, pounce on it. borman11 (16) - minneapolis, USA - SEP 29, 2012

Can (canned 1/13/14) poured into a Belgian tulip. Pours a nice golden orange color with a finger of off-white head. Tiny bits of sediment floating throughout. Aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, light floral notes, pine. Tasting notes of big tropical fruit, grapefruit citrus, pine/resin, stone fruit, light floral notes. Medium body with a dry finish. Juicy mouthfeel. Definitely one of the best DIPAs out there. trrhein (18) - Minnesota, USA - JAN 25, 2015

UPDATED: FEB 25, 2015 Light daisy yellow with very fine sediment throughout and a thin, spongy head. Smell is juicy, sweet, complex citrus fruit, mango, pineapple, lots of marijuana. Taste is full, sweet with a bitter, oily layer underneath. Long drying aftertaste. Full-bodied, delicious flavor, perfect balance of sweet, bitter and smooth malt/oatmeal character. It's hard to imagine a more delicious IPA. Very similar to heady topper. Fragrant, fruity, and bitter.

UPDATED: FEB 16, 2016 Can to cervoise. Pours clear to hazy light orange, white sticky head. Aroma of pine, resin, grapefruit, trop fruit and peppercorn. Taste of same with great spiced hop flavor. Finish is bitter and semi-dry. Mouthfeel is mod, syrupy, good carb. Brew is very similar to Stone Enjoy By. DELICIOUS!
