Tap. 16oz pour. Nice dark golden orange color with medium white head. Mild fresh aroma. Very strong bubble gum sugar taste throughout. Very different. unexpected from a surly brew. I liked it even if a little weird. arminjewell (9720) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - MAR 30, 2015
Pour on tap at All Pints North, clear orange pour with white head, aroma brought nice notes of orange peel, pineapple, some grapefruit into some funky earth, touch of vanilla, biscuit into some yeast. Taste was a mix of nice earth, funk, spice, touch of yeast into sweet orange, grapefruit, touch of tropical fruit, finishing bitter. burgy (456) - Minnetonka, Minnesota, USA - SEP 22, 2013
Great beer! Like the inclusion of a little Brett characteristics. They are unique and add an extra depth level. sherm1016 (1274) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 13, 2013
On draft at Mackenzie in Minneapolis. Pors a clear, golden amber color with a big white head. Aroma is light, hoppy, orange citrus. Medium on the palate with creamy carbonation. Flavor is sweet, bready, hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, some Brett funk, with a bitter, funky finish. Very different. Tasty though. mnmike (1086) - Minnesota, USA - FEB 13, 2013
On tap. Interesting hop flavors playing off the yeast aftertaste here. It seems to work well in my book.

Minnesota Winterfest 2013. Hazy gold color with a medium head. Smells like a barn with light lemon notes. Horsey and hay-like doesn’t begin to describe the flavor. Light earthy bitterness. JK (6249) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA - FEB 5, 2013
Winterfest 2013. Tap. Dry with yeast and lightly bitter hops. There is an earthy character, and a dry finish. It seems like the brett could use more time to make this more wild. Steasy66 (1158) - Minnesota, USA - DEC 7, 2012
Apricot with tiny white head. Aroma is malty and a bit funky. Nice floral and citrus hops with some good Brett character. Smooth and medium bodied. ElGaucho (2401) - Minnetonka, Minnesota, USA - NOV 30, 2012
Draft at Grumpy’s NE. Initially smells somewhat tart or salty but
then more sweet and hoppy. Hazy gold with sudsy off white head. Unique and somewhat

On tap at Grumpys NE, pours a clear golden/orange with a large off-white head. Aroma of Brett Musky, grapefruit, pineapple, candy, and caramel malt. Taste has a nice level of bitter Musky Brett balanced nicely with bitter hops, sweet citrus and tropical fruits. Brett plays really well here with the hops and alcohol level, nice!
