75CL. Thanks AFH! dark reddish orange 2 finger thick yellowish-white head. The smells is like pear and apple and banana all combined with a lot of bread dough. nice mouthfeel, light, oily, the flavor..it finishes with a really herbal like clove heavy finish. very bready, apple, pears, nice funk! delicious. vandc01 (467) - North Branch, USA - JUL 28, 2017

Pours barely translucent caramel with a thin beige head. Aroma features tart pomme fruit and a hint of fresh malt. Flavor offers toasted malt, caramel, cinnamon and tart pomme tones. Mouthfeel delivers good body and fair fizz. Don’t be surly, enjoy. gopherfan99 (2001) - Minnesota, USA - JUL 12, 2017
Tap; pours caramel brown with a beige head; aroma of caramel, fruit, malt, and hints of funk; taste starts a little funky and then has caramel, fruits, and malt; dry, sweet finish; nice blend CBBeerz (126) - - JUL 8, 2017
22oz bomber pour. Full carbonation when poured then dissipates to thin white lacing. Aroma of wheat, dates, cherries, small citrus, with Brett fermentation. Murky reddish/brown coloring like a typical good quad. Taste replicates the aromas. Very good hybrid styling from Surly. Must try Eleven.

Pretty good for a quad. Spice and red wine present in the nose and taste. Finish is warm and clean. Atom (2639) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUL 1, 2017
Bottle pours a clear deep ruby brown with a large khaki head. Aroma of sweet caramel toffee malt, scotch tape, banana, berries, with cinnamon like Belgium yeast esters. Taste of dry hops and Brett upfront become moderately more sweet caramel toffee malts, dates, light banana and Belgian yeast, with a light toast. Interesting and complex, but all in all, not my thing. euniceradio (565) - Worthington, Minnesota, USA - JUN 29, 2017
22 bomber to tulip. Pours ruby brown, tan foam head. Aroma of tart cherry pie, wheat, apple, brown sugar, dates and caramel. Taste of same with some Belgian spices and plum. Tart dark stone and orchard fruits. islay (3372) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUN 25, 2017
4 oz. pour, on tap at Surly Beer Hall (the brewery’s taproom) in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Consumed on 6-7-17. Hazy, dark brown with beige head. Looks good. Juicy, fruity, caramel, toffee, strong Belgian ale aroma. Nice and strong smell. Really good, strong, Brett and malty flavor. Rarely have I had this big of a beer with Brett but this works well. Leathery and lemony. Complex taste. Medium body, light for the ABV. Lively and crisp in the palate. Refreshing. Smooth. Really good palate effects. A good marriage of two good underlying beers. 22.214.171.124.16=>3.9 arkurzynski (2484) - Combined Locks, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 24, 2017
Dark brown. Sticky Belgian nose. Toasted malt candy, and a touch of brett. Some sweet and toasty with Belgian yeast, and fruit. Leather and mild pineapple brett in the finish.
