thomashall (1638) - New Hope, Minnesota, USA - JUN 10, 2017UPDATED: JUN 10, 2017 Tap at Surly. Dark amber pour. Nice quad aroma, slight booze, dark fruits, hints of the brett. Taste is nicely balanced between the two styles, picking up more caramel as it warms. Nothing sticks out about this but it?s solid.

ryanfolty (2667) - Bourbon County, Minnesota, USA - JUN 9, 2017June 9, 2017 - bottle from AV3. Brown pour with some head. Aroma was smoky, sugary sweet and some dark fruit. Taste was consistent with aroma, the smoke/leather starts things off and lasts a while, then the spicy fruit comes in and finishes with the sugary sweetness. Finish was a bit dry, nice amount of carbonation and medium bodied.
jackl (8621) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUN 9, 2017Keg @ Surly. Deep amber pour with a small head. Bretty nose. Barnyard funk complements some caramel and plum. Burnt brown sugar. Some earthy, leathery character, too. Somewhat discordant mix of flavors. Earthy, dry Brett with sweet caramelized dark fruits. Strong carb. Full body.
