From the tap at Minneapolis Marriott City Center. Pours pale gold with fine white foam. Aroma is some malt, plus hay and floral. Body is light, with some sparkleness. Taste is sweet from malt, but with some spiciness in the final. Interesting.Drake (14332) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 30, 2016

Minnesota Trip Beer #21. Keg at Surly, 5/8/16. Clear dark yellow. Aroma of bready malt, fruity peppers. The taste is pale bready malt and a fresh chili pepper finish. Medium bodied, lingering heat. Patrickctenchi (6812) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - SEP 6, 2016
Clear, orange/amber with a small white head.
Grain, candied tangerine/ apple aroma.
Taste is sweetly fruited, grain malt.....followed by a fairly intense chile sting....but not all at once, the effect is cumulative...really kicks in after a few ounces....a little oily.....
Tasty....in moderation. theisti (4238) - Kansas, USA - AUG 22, 2016
Pint draft at Surly Brewing Company in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The pour is a clear yellow golden with small, well formed white head. The aroma is herbal, spicy vegetal, cereal grain along with a bit of sweetness. The taste starts with some earth straw, spice pepper right behind, and finishes with the traditional cereal grain sweetness of the base beer. The palate is medium bodied, soft carbonation and lingering sweet spicy finish. Fun beer, well executed, though I didn’t finish the full pint. Grain and bread malts, light molasses, sweet citrus fruits, orange, tangerine. Clear gold, no head. Light sweet. Caramel, sweet grain and bread malts, quickly subsiding, intense chilli, fiery hot peppers, soft carbonation. Interesting, quite like it. Keg at the brewery, Minneapolis.

Draft @ the brewery. Poured clear, yellow, with a nice white head. Aroma is herbal and spicy (Pepper) aroma. Taste is bread, malts spices and LOTS of hot pepper. Fun interesting, but however really hot and more of a novelty than anything else. dinkle50 (1585) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 25, 2016
Clear golden pour with a thin single finger head. Aroma of a little caramel and hints of grain. Medium bodied. Taste is full of cereal and grain, slightly sweet. Peppers have a nice heat on the finish with a lingering burn. Not too hot though. No lace present. Bherg (1) - Saint Paul, Minnesota, USA - JUN 30, 2016 does not count
"I give it a ten. A MFing ten." I tell folks it has a Tabasco taste going down. Not a chugging beer but one that will make you crave it weeks later (If you enjoy spicy food ect.) solidfunk (9741) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - JUN 18, 2016
