4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a ruby tinged brown with a wonderfully foamy off-white head that lasts seemingly forever. Distinct hop aroma forward with a malty background. Flavor follows. Surprisingly smooth mouthfeel. Great beer
1 pint can - it pours a clear but fiery mahogany ale with a thick soapy straw colored head. Big vibrant aroma of fragrant pine and citrusy hops followed by a bready/nutty malt structure. Wonderful hop bouquet....bitter citrus, pine sap and a hint of floral....long lingering bitterness. Very nice jbruner (5124) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - OCT 14, 2017
Pours a clear golden brown from the can with fluffy off-white head that dissipates slowly to leave moderate lace. Aroma of big pine and citrus hop notes, dank freshness over a mild caramel malt base. Taste follows, great hop and malt balance, but hugely bright hop crispness that lingers with some decent bitterness. A very nice version of an old school IPA, that is done really well. cmarks50 (4) - - OCT 13, 2017 does not count
Another light beer. Would drink again but after a few other actually good beers...

16floz can, COD: 05.04.2017, $2.75 as a single, pint glass. Appears a dark amber with a large initial head that settles unevenly. Currants, citrus, and honey notes evident in the nose and taste. Medium-full in body, a jammy IPA that has a decent malt backing to the bitterness from the hops. A noteworthy amber AIPA. mrohia (278) - Ohio, USA - AUG 30, 2017
Jake Melnick's, Chicago, draft. Light copper color. Off-white head. Not much lacing. More than a hint of malt. Deep, rich taste. It's good. poisoneddwarf (2625) - Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho, USA - AUG 6, 2017
16 oz can from a four pack. Dated 6/20/17, about a month and a half ago. Aroma is citrusy, floral, caramel. Pours hazy copper with a one finger beige head with good retention and some lace. Taste is medium to highly bitter, some candy sweetness, with flavors that match the aroma. Not bad, but I was expecting more. ALIBALI (2405) - Kiel, GERMANY - AUG 2, 2017
Wow!!! Aber IPA!? Pint Can von Scottyyyy🎆!! ✨ A Big Fish oder sollte ich lieber Rothaut sagen 😁? phranq (250) - - JUL 31, 2017
Pours deep copper. Nose is pine and tropical citrus. Taste is earthy and crisp with a well balanced finish.
