Tap @ Mikkeller Bar, Cph. Pours clear red with a small, frothy, white film head. Aroma has dusty chocolate, caramel, red apples. Medium carbonation, impressive full mouthfeel. Flavour has more dusty chocolate, caramel, soft apple zest. A bit too dusty and dry for me, but good for the ABV.

CBC. Bit of tired end of session rating. Light haze on this amber beer, little white head. Light crisp palate. Somewhat insipid malts, Mild minerals. Crisp dry finish. Probably should have had this as the start of the session - its coming over as very wishy washy after all those big beers!
