(blue session). Murky reddish brown colour with a small slightly off-white head. Aroma is sour wood, some cherries, mild funkiness. Flavour is sour wooden and fruity notes with some mild sweeter malty notes as well as some mild almost toasted malty notes to it. Surprisingly easy to drink, the aroma got the expectations up for something rather sour, but it ended up being quite mellow as for the flavour.
Draft at Churchkey. Thanks, Corey, for bringing this to DC! Hazy maroon amber color, tan edge head. Aroma of sour brandied cherries. Taste like the old sweet and sour Rodenbach Grand Cru. madmitch76 (24807) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JUN 22, 2013
