Can via several MN doods, Matt, Mark and Tyler amongst others. Thanks. Week old can so it had to have dropped off and be not ideal. </joke> Aroma is fresh and citrus forward. Not any real dankiness like I’ve gotten out of other wet beers. The taste is very bitter and citrus/pine forward. The malt barely comes out at the end. The lack of any real sweetness is what differentiates this from a DIPA to me in this glass. Overall, very nice fresh hop beer and in the top three for this season for me personally. portableparty (2398) - Blaine, Minnesota, USA - OCT 23, 2011
Can to snifter. Pours clear dark clear amber with a soapy off white head that dissipates to a thin tight collar and some lacing. Aroma is floral, citrus hops. Taste is creamy bitter and clean with a resinous floral grapefruit and pine taste. Palate is medium and crisp resin bitterness with a gritty dry finish. Can poured into a snifter. Clear dark gold. Nice small white head and good lacing. Faint grassy aroma. Nice bitterness and grassy flavor with some hop resin too. Dry with a medium body and perfect carbonation. I tried it straight from the can and it was much more flavorful. Overall, I was disappointed. I would have never guessed they used 100% citra hops in this. I expected more tropical and citrusy hop aromas and flavors. ElGaucho (2401) - Minnetonka, Minnesota, USA - OCT 22, 2011
Can. Nondescript aroma. Hazy brown. Has hints of furious. Harsh malt finish that overwhelm fresh hop. Not great. theisti (4221) - Kansas, USA - OCT 20, 2011

canned Monday! Pour is mostly clear golden with a nicely formed off white head that falls with heavy lacing. Tiny carbonation bubbles streaking to the surface. Aroma is floral grass, light lemon citrus, leafy resin. Some grapefruit in here as well. Taste is fresh resin hop, along with bright clear lemon citrus and finishing with the grassiness of the nose. There is also a pleasant sweetness to the lemon, giving it an almost pineapple taste. Additionally, lighter sweet cracker malt is present, also fresh and clean. This is really vibrant, hop freshness just pops. Palate is medium to light bodied, soft natural carbonation, with the dry resin finish. Really nice, thanks for getting this to me so quick Tyler.
16 oz. can shared by birchstick- thanks, Jon! Pours a clear, deep gold color with a small white head. Aroma of dank hops, spices, rye and sweet breads, grass, and pine. Flavor of herbal, earthy hops, straw, pale malts, grass, and cereal. Light-medium bodied, with moderate carbonation and a really nice, smooth, quaffable quality. I could drink this all day. jzzbassman (1638) - Arlington, Texas, USA - OCT 16, 2011
Can courtesy of Atom. Wow, is this right in my hop wheelhouse! Pours amber with a sticky tan foam. HUGE aroma of citrus and tropical fruits. Wonderful malt sweetness balanced by the flavor of the big hops. Dry bitter finish that is very appetizing.
