16oz can poured at home. Canning date 9/28.
Nice crisp mouthfeel.
A very good wet hopped beer - the price is a bit steep though. tmoreau (4637) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - NOV 3, 2015
16 oz. can poured to a Czech-pils glass at Lunar Brewing Co., displaying a lightly hazed, golden hue, with a frothy layer of soft white head foam, and curtainy/sheet-like spray as lacing. The nose was lightly dank, then slightly sweet, with citrus as grapefruit & orange, touches of pit fruit, melon & berries, and some subtle pine scent. The taste was a nice "IPA balance" of the aroma notes, in a medium body, with decent carbonation, and moderate, earthy & rind-like bitterness that lingered. Liked it a lot more than my previous encounter with the combo of hops in the 2009 & 2010 version. Fresh & flavorful. Almost worth the pricey, "across the bar" cost, but glad to see some Surly back in IL.. bursprak (3285) - Aarhus, DENMARK - NOV 3, 2015

Can: The aroma consists of mild citrus, tropical fruits, and a hint of dank notes. It’s a mostly transparent golden-orange with a touch of haze. It has a small white head that fades to a thin film outlined by a slightly thicker. The finish has moderate citrus with a hint of fruit. The finish has light-moderate grapefruit with a hint of dank notes. It’s light-medium bodied with light-moderate carbonation
Poured from a can dated 09/30/2015.
Aroma is rather herbal with a nice wet hop character. Moderate grapefruit and pine resin notes. Some light cracker and caramel malt notes. A little more citrus as it warms.
Pours a hazy, dull orange color with a medium sized, moderately thick, white head that exhibits good retention as it recedes. Medium light lacing and small legs.
Flavor is somewhat sweet with some cracker and medium light caramel notes lingering in the finish. Moderate bitterness. Medium hop notes, a but herbal and leafy. Some grapefruit and resin, but neither as pronounced as in the aroma.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a decent wet hop beer but also nothing super special. Nice hop notes, a bit too sweet with too much caramel malt for me.

Yet another thanks to dr. Hoprider.
Pour a clear golden, with a small white head.
aroma has a nice prominent malty back bone, with plenty of of grassy hops. Faint fruity hoppy notes, bit is mostly floral and grassy.
Taste has very faint sweetness up front, but really is mostly bitter. Medium body, with a very nice sparkeling carb. edwardbass (859) - Illinois, USA - OCT 30, 2015
Not quite what I was expecting, was thinking this would be more like a fresh, wet hopped beer. It’s got a great malt taste, with mild hops bitterness and lots of pineapple, orange and melon on the first few sips. After that, though, the lemony sourness takes over and it takes on a Belgian pale ale character that overwhelms all the other flavor complexity that was so good at the beginning. Disappointed, but it is good. Klimaet (3020) - Aarhus N, DENMARK - OCT 29, 2015
Can thanks to Bursprak & LukasMH. Pours a clear golden with a small, white head. Aroma has pine, grass, lots of bitter hops, sweet cantaloupe melon. Taste is honey sweet, again some melon notes, grassy bitter, lots of hops. Oily hoppy and an average carbonation.
Can thanks to Bursprak and LukasMH! Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Aromas of ripe sweet citrus fruits, pear, apples, light malt. Taste is hoppy, malty, pear, citrus, mandarin, earthy notes. sherm1016 (1274) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 28, 2015
16oz can from Downer Wine and Spirits. Pours a hazy pale yellow color with a big white head. Aroma is hoppy, fruity, pineapple, tangerine. Medium on the palate with soft, creamy carbonation. Flavor is sweet, light bread, some onion and garlic hops, pine, juicy pineapple, a little grapefruit, with a light bitter pine finish. Tasty. dresden (1581) - Saskatchewan, CANADA - OCT 27, 2015
Clear light golden with a nice foamy head. Aroma is pine and citrus with a bit of melon. Sticky hops, slightly citrus and a little resin. Nice stuff but nowhere near what I remember of the 100% citra version
