Aroma: peach, wheat, fenols. Appearance: hazzy golden coor, thin white head. Taste: low bitterness, peach, slightly sweet, alcoholwell-covered, quite empty taste. Palate: medium body and medium carbonation, sweet finish. Overall: Decent beer, taste slightly empty.

bottle sample at a festival. poured a blonde to golden colour with a white head. some kind of experiment. wheats, malts, citrus, lemons, grass, small fruit hints, small chemical hint. prove that science doesn’t win in beer brewing

Found this bottle 75 cl ABS, tasted yesterday with beerfriends @ Bourgondisch Kruis. Hazy golden color, with a white head . Aroma: light sweet, lemon and wheat touch. Medium body. Taste: sweet, some citrus, again bit wheat, soft bitterness. We expected more.

Blonde dorée voilée, effervesnce moyenne, col blanc moyen. Plutôt maltée en entrée, elle développe ensuite une légère amertumeherbeuse mais pas vraiment agréable. Mouais...

ThirstyBird (2991) - Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - MAR 22, 2014
Appears cloudy dull honey in color with a small head. The smell is fruity and malty. The taste is fruity, some cardboard ending dry and slightly tart. Nice light body with medium carbonation.

KyotoLefty (10610) - Kyoto, JAPAN - SEP 23, 2013
Draught at the year opening ceremony, K.U. Leuven. slightly cloudy gold, medium high head, fine bubbles. Very malty, cereal nose, rich and bready, with light grass and lemon. Same flavor, very grainy, but nice balance from solid hopping. Decent bitterness. Good, technically perfect, drinkable, but as others have said, a bit average.

Thx. to Erwin for sharing this one // 75 cl. bottle sampled @ Tim’s De Molen & assorted beers tasting // brewed for KU Leuven in order to showcase the retarded, new unholy bond between university & high school // 100 % accurately the beer is bland – genius, it is probably the recipe but I like to think that the guy from De Proef has some sense of humour & good ideas // Unfortunately I must admire this beer for its great cleanness, it is bland but ultimately very well done // Pours a light pale golden with a white head. Light wheat in the smell, touch of hay, citrus, lightly sweetish with a lemon touch, some herbs. Smell is light wheatish, lemon, white bread & some white sugar sweetness, touch floral with some herbs, lightly bitter, some banana sweetness touch, mellow, clean, bland with a light floral bitterness in the back. Clean, light.

slightly cloudy golden colour, white head. Aroma of malts, yeast, bubblegum, floral notes. Sweet flavour, light hops. Sweet, floral finish.
Nothing special, not bad either.
(From 75cL bottle at the DMT @ Tim’s living, Gent. Thanks for sharing, Erwin!)

UPDATED: JAN 9, 2013 30/XII/12 - 75cl bottle @ home: De Molen & assorted beers tasting - 8/V/14 (2012-1429) Thanks to Erwin for sharing the bottle!

Little cloudy light orange beer, lots of sediment floating around, irregular frothy off-white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: bit sugary, sweet, orange peel, bit fruity. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty bitter, bit fruity, grassy hops. Aftertaste: bitter, medicinal almost, pretty spicy, orange peel. Boring to say at least, even if no brewing defects.
