COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hand pressed from a select variety of apples, this is the champagne of hard ciders - crisp, dry and fresh. Poured over ice, it is an exilarating experience.

deyholla (12295) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - NOV 15, 2015
Sampled from the tap at Torrent Brewing. Pours a clear very pale yellow with a thin white head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has a good amount of sweet apple with a bit of dryness underlying. Flavor is full of earthy apples with a good amount of sweetness.

Draft - Sweet and tart apple. Pale yellow. Sweet and dry. Pretty good, but nothing that stands out.

3.3
madvike (3301) - Middleton, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 21, 2013
Bottle shared by MrPickles...thanks Andy! - Pours pale clear yellow with very little head. Nose is light and dry, with a bit of apple cider vinegar. Taste is dry and light, with a little overripe apple, light sweetness, gentle carbonation, and a bit of tartness. Light and soft in the mouth with gentle carbonation. Not bad.

This is the good stuff. I went to school near their brewery center and biked down there many a time to pick up hard cider, as well as their unpasteurized unfermented fresh squeezed cider. Apple and yeast aromas in the Hard Cider. Not particularly sweet. Perfect refreshing mouthfeel with a bit of apple tannin that lingers and a good amount of carbonation.

3.4
DiarmaidBHK (5920) - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 27, 2013
Draft at red’s Alehouse. Pours clear apple with no head. Has a bit of apple on the nose. Very dry on the tongue. I’m getting very little residual sweetness here. Finishes clean. Solid for style.

On tap at randomgarbage’s wedding. Clear light yellow color with minor white head. Apple, cider, fruity, pear flavors. Nice cider. Thanks Andy!
