So-so. Not bad not great. Just not my style. Its a light brown with some specialty malts that gave it an off flavor, at least to my tongue it did. Well overall it wasnt bad, just not for me.

Draft. Rich amber beer with a dark cream colored head. Light malt aroma. Light cocoa and malt flavor with light woodsiness. Medium bodied. Light cocoa and caramel lingers with light woodsy notes.

16 ounce samples on tap at Rubicon Brewing Co. The aroma is mostly metallic with a light grassiness present. Some caramel is also there. Pretty faint aroma. Transparent ruby-amber body with a strong light tan/yellow head. Very attractive. Starts with light caramelly, toffee sweet maltiness. Nice, chewy body in the middle. Scant choco hints. Finishes with some grassy and lightly metallic hop bitterness. Very drinkable. I could drink this all day!

On tap at Davis Beerfest 2011. Pours amber with a decent beige head. Mild malt aroma. Flavor is lightly sweet malt, mildly roasted, with a slight touch of bitter.

On tap at the Davis Beerfest 2011. Pours clear brown with a thin beige head and light toffee aroma. There is a nice caramel malt flavor with subtle hopping. This beer is very flavorful for a small beer. I could drink this all day, and apparently the brewers do.
