Pours hazy golden with a small, frothy, white head. Aroma has light hay-hoppy and bready malts. Highish carbonation with a fair, dry mouthfeel. Flavour is pretty hoppy, light drinkable with some bready sweet malts. Dry, lingering bitterness and flowery finish. Doesn’t feel quite like a Bohemian Pilsner, but it is still fresh and drinkable.
Botella at Streckers, Strøget, Copenhagen. Bit unclear nice golden with a medium white head. Aroma has a good grassy hioppiness with some flowers. Good mouthfeel. The flavour starts out mild with flowrs, bitter hops and malt and then gets more a pleasant bit bitter hoppiness, mild fruit and citrus. Nice. Papsoe (25059) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - APR 21, 2009
Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Slightly hazy yellow with a white head. Malty aroma with a lightly floral touch. Quite light-bodied, a bit watery almost, light malt base and mostly dominated by distinct aroma hops that also leave a surprisingly bitter finish. Rather close to style actually. 200409 joergen (28949) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - APR 21, 2009
