Maria (10212) - Thisted, DENMARK - FEB 2, 2008
Dark amber with a nice head. The aroma is very malty with notes of grain and a hint of flower. The flavour has a light sweetness and a light citrussy bitterness and thee most dominant notes are malt, grain/straw and a touch of flower.

JorisPPattyn (9929) - Ursel, BELGIUM - MAR 14, 2004
Deep red-amber, clear; huge creamy, lacey head. Diacetyl, caramel, bottom fermentation in the nose. Nutty (hazelnut) - quite OK! - hazelnut -butter, even meaty flavours. medium to full bodied. Aftertaste yields quite some hops. Again, too much diacetyl, but at the same time, the beer behind it is quite OK. God, LAGER your beers!

Skinnyviking (9550) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAR 10, 2006

Hansen (8587) - Assentoft, DENMARK - JUN 19, 2006
A typically Svaneke. Has a malty aroma with notes of dark bread, and some hints of yeast. Color is amber. Flavor is mainly sweet.

Ughsmash (7508) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 3, 2005
(Bottle 70 cL) from sk8viking. Poured an almost clear caramel color with a solid layer of rather well-retained off-white head. Aroma was deeply malted with caramel and hazelnut dominant... I also found some floral hops, white bread, and what I’m guessing is a funky yeast that I cannot place. Flavor had a very nice blend of caramel malts, lighter fruit, noble hops, and a nice spice bouquet. Medium-bodied. Smooth and creamy across the palate, with sweet malts and spices on the finish. Well-balanced and very pleasant brew!
