UPDATED: JUL 19, 2007 Bottle, from Netto. Pours a pale amber with a big thick creamy white head. Aroma is very sweet, caramel, toffee, honey. Flavour is lightly sweet with a nutty edge to it. Mouthfeel is fresh and a touch clingy. There are some flowery hops in the aftertaste. Good example. Brix (660) - DENMARK - MAR 4, 2010
Tasted 2010-03-04. Bottle. Pours amber with white head. Aroma of cookies, malts and a little hops. Flavours of bread, hops, pineapple. Sorta weak, but definately drinkable. Delirium (669) - Falmouth, Cornwall, ENGLAND - MAY 14, 2012
Bottle. Pours clear amber with a moderate off-white head. Aroma is grass and hay. Flavor is robust malt, of a sort of grass/hay variety again, with a hint of sourness. Bit of hops, not much sweetness. Some yeast detectable. Quite strange, but interesting. MartyW (275) - DENMARK - JUN 3, 2016

Bottle. Slightly bready malt character, with a grassy hop bitterness in the finish. Salty towards the end aswell. I thought this was pretty good for a lager. Sigmund (7390) - Tau, NORWAY - NOV 26, 2007
500 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal pub, Stavanger. ABV is 4.6%. Like all Svaneke / Bornholmer Bryg beers it is unfiltered, but the bottles are now pasteurised. (The beers are still available unpasteurised on tap in the brewpub.) Hazy golden colour, large and lasting off-white head. Moderate but pleasant aroma of floral hops, also notes of malts, hints of honey. The flavour has moderate but nice hops on a decent malty base, hints of nuts and toffee. Soft mouthfeel, very pleasant to drink.
