Aroma: Chocolate, Coffee, Sugar, Hops.
Flavor: Licorice, Brown sugar, Bitter chocolate, Hint of dark fruit, Roasted malts.
Palate: Smooth with a nice bitterness at the end.
A worthy brew and probably the best one i’ve tried from this brewery! omhper (25544) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - OCT 17, 2008
Bottled, thanks Baggio! Very dark brown, creamy head. There are dough, hay and licorice. It’s sweet and soft. The lovely chewy yet cottony doughy malt makes it superbly drinkable. The salty licorice lingers well into the lingering bitter finish. I love it! larsniclas (7187) - Billdal, SWEDEN - SEP 10, 2008
Black with a large, beige head.
Salty, roasted aroma.
Some chocolate in the flavour with a dry bitterness; cocoa, licroice and coffee.
