1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Botle.50cl. Nice color and a ok head, but the rest of the beer is not ok. It is overpowered by sulfur and yeast.
This red ale has large and persistent foam. The aroma is dominated by hops with distinct flowers in the shade. Easy flower and fruit marks at the beginning of the taste, and after a short time acquires a distinct floral hop flavor with a little citrus against the final. Very tasteful. This ale has clearly been inspired by the American red ales. Meilby (11495) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - MAY 14, 2011
Bottle 500ml @ homePOLK (2219) - Hørning, DENMARK - FEB 22, 2011
Pours cloudy amber with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel and fruity hops. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.
Lovely hoppy red ale with a wild frothy foam that hangs in lace. Bitter ale, fresh and easily drinkable with a good taste.

13-AUG-2010, bottle @home, from "Fakta".
Most beautifull orange with nice beige head.
Nose is first some charamelly ale-like stuff, but quickly the hops take over and grape fruit is dominant. Later on a slightly soapy note kicks in together wit yeast.
Taste is long and bitter, and I would happily drink this as an IPA. I am not a Svaneke fan, but this is fine. Plovmand (8317) - Helsinge, DENMARK - JUL 10, 2010
Bottle. Bit hazy amber body witha medium off white head. The aroma is caramel and peachy citrussy hops. The flavour is moderate hoppy with notes of citrus, light grass and caramel.

Bottled (thanks Papsoe!). Amber colour with small head. Aroma is grass, fruits, some slight toffee and floral notes as well. Flavour is fruity, grassy, caramel malty and quite rich on berryish notes. A bit sourish wooden tones in it. Mild yeasty notes as well. Grovlam (4247) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - NOV 15, 2009
CBF09. Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Spare display of lacework. Cloudy golden color. Aroma of dusty grain, light caramel, hints of fruit and floral notes. Light bodied with an average carbonation. Light sweet flavor. Light malty sweet finish. sfhodense (4789) - Odense NØ, DENMARK - OCT 11, 2009
DØE Valby 09. Pours unclear orange with a white head. Aroma is light malt. Flavour is light malt, light grapefruit and light bitter. Maria (10212) - Thisted, DENMARK - SEP 20, 2009
It is hazy, orange-red with a nice, creamy head. The aroma has notes of citrus, oranges, malt and other fruits. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of malt, caramel, biscuits, citrus, other fruits and the finish is slightly dry. It’s smooth and pleasant to drink.
