Draught at the brewpub. Medium highy fluffy white lasting head. Hazy very dark brown body. Aroma of mild sour berries. Surprisingly mild sour berries flavor with a suitable amount of hops bitterness, low carbonation and a short sweet finish. Alcohol well hidden by the sweetness.
Rare greier stilmessig. Og ikke særlig god. Holmen2 (3651) - NORWAY - APR 12, 2014
Very cloudy. Dark orange. Aroma of coriander, ripe bananas and hops. Taste is basically of hops. Mismatch between aroma and taste. Sigmund (7534) - Tau, NORWAY - APR 12, 2014
Shared bottle at local tasting, probably from Voldby Købmandsgaard. BB date 21.06.13. Very cloudy brown colour. Malty aroma, a little caramel, but not the expected notes of banana and cloves. The flavour has more hops than most weizenbocks, thus making it quite drinkable, a little caramel again, but not much banana nor cloves. Might try it again when I get a fresher bottle. gunnar (9096) - Sandnes, NORWAY - APR 12, 2014
Shared bottle at local tasting. Pours unclear dark golden with a tiny head. Aroma is sweet, light chocolate and red berries. Taste is light sweet, some dusty malts and weak red fruits and berries. Light bitter dry woody finish.

unclear hazy brown, smooth light brown head.
Hoppy aroma, also somewhat spicy and sort of "homebrew" ish.
flavor is dry hoppy, malty sweet, wheat, A very hoppy wheat bock, quite tasty, if You are okay with a lot of wheaty and malty sweetness.

Pours a mildly cloudy amber with small head. Sweet malty aroma and flavour. Not complex - too sweet, and while it’s a decently brewed beer it’s not very interesting. MOLA_DK (379) - DENMARK - APR 13, 2013
Bottle at home from ØlKonsortiet. Pours unclear dark amber with a big dense off white head. Surprisingly fruity aroma, medium full body. Dark fruit and a nice balanced bitternes.

0.5l bottle shared with The Tasting Crew. This is a cloudy dark caramel-golden beer with a small bubbly and quickly sidesticking off-white top. The nose has a soft wheat sweetness, Christmas spices like ginger and nutmeg, and it’s quite hoppy. Perhaps a bit to much to be true to the style, but I like it. It’s below average on the carbonation with a soft oily mouthfeel. Ripe fruity flavors. It’s on the sweet side, but also surprisingly hoppy. Dusty flavors as well, and it’s almost astringently mouthdrying towards the finish. Some soft traces of wheat perhaps, but it’s not to classic within this genre IMO. 06.02.2013 ClubGonzo (5670) - Bergen, NORWAY - MAR 10, 2013
Bottle, shared with Bergen Beer Geek Tasting Crew and Foffern. Pours a light coppery hazy body with a small white head. Aroma is wheaty spice tones, cloves, ripe banana, caramel, hints of grains and almonds. Taste is sweet caramel and wheat tones, toffee, raisins and grains. Smooth and nice. Full body, soft carbonation. Perhaps not terribly exciting, but a pretty well-made weizen bock from Svaneke. Foffern (1893) - Bodø, NORWAY - MAR 5, 2013
Bottle shared with (and great courtasy of) the Bergen Tasting Crew. Pours a clear amber colour with a small kahki head. Has a sweet and fruity aroma with hops, apricot, bubble gum, herbal and pretty malty. Very pleasant with small touch of spices. The taste is similar but a bit faint and with a good dose of grassy hops. Has a slick mouth feel, and a light to medium bitterness. Pleasant and well-balanced.
