Hazy deep orange colour with a frothy white head. Malty, caramel sweet aroma with a yeasty note. malty, toffee sweet flavor and a light yeasty finish. TheDog (587) - Aarhus, DENMARK - JUL 30, 2009
Bottle. Golden copper colour with a very thin beige head. Aroma and taste of caramunich, sweet malt and a mixture of tettnanger and amarillo hops. Very little carbonation and therefore dull on the tongue. Flat, boring and a bit dissapointing but cheap: dkr. 15. And its spelled Høstbryg on the label, but whatever..

Persistent fine foam layer, and the flavor is partially malted. However, it is the fresh aroma of orange and citrus you sense first. It tastes very composed of orange, slightly spicy something indefinable. Malt is providing great fullness ending in a comfortable hoppy and dry aftertaste.
