0.5l bottle shared with The Tasting Crew. This one pours a really good looking warm cloudy amber-red body with a small quickly sidesticking off-white top. A bit of sweet caramel on the nose, it’s well hopped and definitely fruity. Fresh and hoppy. Quite a fine aroma. It has a average+ carbonation level and a light oily mouthfeel. A bit dryer in the taste. Loaded with pine and barch-like hops. Some red fruits in here also and the caramel is actual dry and really present. Is this a pale ale? If so it should be on the verge of a IPA. Long bitter aftertaste. 06.02.2013
