Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2011. Lighly hazy amber, no head. Very evident grapefruity hop aroma. Mid sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Solid bodied where hard crystal malt gives metallic edges, Grapefruity hops drives it towards a really bitter finish.

Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 22, 2011
On tap. Clear amber golden with a creamy off-white head. Very peachy aroma hops in the nose. Medium body, sweet caramel, plenty of peach and apricots. The finish has some bitterness that slowly grows on you. A straight and well made IPA. 210511

Hazy amber beer, small cream colour head. A slightly rubbery nose. Palate is smooth and semi dry. Sweet caramel malts and some sweet grain. Tea! Followed by fairly bitter floralness. Light semi dry finish. Messy!

Rasmus40 (20807) - Beder, Aarhus, DENMARK - OCT 30, 2011
Hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - pine needles and spicy. Flavor is medium sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. Seems like a lot of the hoppy aroma had gone in my bottle. 281011
