but will not excel significantly from the genre. I have used rye malt in production which, however, I could not taste. The foam is super nice and persistent.

Hazy orange, small white head. Diacetylic, grainy aroma. Grassy, orange peels, hops, diacetyl. Not very normal Belgian ale -like. Not very exciting.
