Short bubbly foam shown by pouring. The aroma is malty and slightly floral. It tastes slightly sweet malt, then pleasant hoppy with long lasting hop bitterness. It does not surprise me particularly and its similarity to Christmas is hard to find DraftDodger (1656) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - FEB 19, 2015

This just may be the perfect christmas seasonal I’ver ever tasted. SO well balanced in the hop/malt departement, and the sweet malts are contested by the aromatic Hallertauer hops. It is just one beautiful brew, and as far as Christmas-beer goes, this is the world champion in my book KoNrRiI (1607) - Århus, DENMARK - NOV 29, 2014
0.5 bottle. Clear, very dark amber color and a small, milk-colored head. Simple, malty aroma of caramel; hay; and delicate, herbal hops. Taste is much bitterer than expected - features quite a lot of hops though the malty backbone is still there. Medium body, creamy texture, and soft carbonation. Finish is sweeter than the taste though the hoppy bitterness still lingers and frankly speaking spoils the sensation. Overall the beer is not bad or anything but it simply does not fit in the Christmas spirit and its sweet, spicy flavor base. MF666 (310) - FAROE ISLANDS - NOV 12, 2014
Klar rødbrun farve, tæt hvid skum der hænger i glasset, frisk duft, let humlet sødlig, tør bitter slutning

Aromat mało intensywny, trochę karmelu, gdzieś w tle czerwone owoce z przewagą porzeczki. W smaku wytrawne, z wyraźną, lekko trawastą, lekko ziemistą goryczką, fajna podbudowa karmelowa, fajna kremowość. Zbyt wielu atutów jednak nie ujawnia.
