English: Skipper Clement´s Morningbeer is an American Pale Ale with generous amounts of hops. Dry and refreshing with notes of grape, melon, pine needles and citrus. The former pirat Skipper Clement was the leading figure in the danish farmers rebellion of 1534. Within short time they devastated numerous aristocratic estates but were at last defated by the kings troops and the Skipper was decapitated shortly after. This beer is dedicated to men and women who take action. Cheers! Top fermented.

[Sampled in Svaneke at svogers summerhouse.] Boring look, but the hops turned it in another direction. Pilsnerlook and offwhite head. Notes of citrus, caramel, freshness and good american pale hops. Drinkable for hours.

Nicely white foam that lasts a long time. The aroma is very intense good American aroma hops with touches of flowers. Lovely flavors of the aforementioned hops, and also a nice balance that allows for the slightly sweet fruit. The finish is again hoppy and very lengthy. An excellent pale ale.

Aroma is hoppy with grapefruits, some pineapples and hints of caramel. Flavour is also fruity with hops, some citron, grass and grapefruit. A bit straightforward and light, but very refreshing!

POLK (2219) - Hørning, DENMARK - MAR 2, 2012
A little weak scent for an American pale ale. Strong bitterness and surprisingly little hop flavor. Good beer but there is room for improvements.

Hazy orange colour with a medium-sized creamy white head. Strong hops on the aroma with a hint of citrus. APA it is. Nicely hoppy flavour with grass, pine needles and malts. Dry hoppy finish with mild sweet fruits. Light and easy to drink.
