Odense catch-up from the cellar. Copper with a lasting off-white head. Malty aroma with grassy notes and a touch of sulphur. Dry malty and herbal flavour with a nice hoppy finish Oelbas (274) - DENMARK - FEB 1, 2014
NosirIwont (2529) - Frederikssund, DENMARK - JAN 28, 2014
Bottle. 4.6%. Best before 16.07.14. Pours a hazy copper/dark amber. Label claims it’s ’black as the night’; I beg to differ. Still, nice enough in itself though. Off-white/light tan head, good lacing. Hop aroma, somewhat fresh, slightly floral. Malt, slightly tart and a faint rubbery note as it warms. Flavour is sweetish and hoppy, sligtly tart, with a malty note in the background. Bitter finish, sweetish, malt. Overall okay. 28.01.14. oh6gdx (26488) - Vasa, FINLAND - JAN 23, 2014

Deep amber colour, small white head. Aroma is smoked, toasted and caramelly notes with some slight sour wooden notes as well. Flavou is quite similar in a good balance. Not the most exciting of beers, but still tasty.

Aroma has roasted notes, some butter and bready malt. Flavour has butter, some herbs and hints of bread. Drinkable, reminds me of some Laitila beers.

Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, malt extrakt, light roasted. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, malt bitter, hay, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Bottle, 4.6%. Mild hoppy aroma. Clear brown colour. Big stable off-white head. The flavour is mild, not very hoppy or bitter, and only seems to have a little malt and grain.
