jesperhammer (4735) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAR 9, 2017
07-MAR-2017, bottle @home, from Meny. Hazy, dark brown with a lasting, tan head. Sweet and malty. Bread, sugar, roast, coffee, caramel. Very sweet, medium+ body. Quite tasty but difficult to drink because of the huge sweetness.

[email protected] Svaneke Bryghus, Svaneke, Bornholm - pours dark brown with a beige head. Sweet malty with some caramel and cocoa notes, bready matly, toffee, some burnt brown sugar, nice spices throughout, grassy hoppy backing, pretty decent.

Nevalainen (769) - FINLAND - AUG 1, 2015
The color is dark brown with brown head. Aroma of spices, difficult to say exactly what kind of spices. Taste is heavy sweet, sugar, but still well balanced beer.

TorbenJensen (1528) - Valby, DENMARK - JUL 26, 2015
The smell is very sweet and filled with the aroma of many different spices that are difficult nondescript. Foam is nice and persistent. Tastes sweet, without being synthetic. The sweetness is in a very nice contrast that allows the hoppy and spicy flavors to come through in a refreshing and seductive manner. Highly suitable as beer for desserts.

Cunningham (7965) - Halden, NORWAY - DEC 22, 2014
Appearance: Nice dark brown color with a fine tan head. Ok lacing.
Aroma: Fruity, toffee, some spices.
Palate: Medium + body. Slightly sweet and a moderate bitterness. Soft carbonation.
Taste: Toffee, bready, fruity, raisins and some chocolate. Well masked alcohol.
Overall impression: Nice and tasty dobbelbock. Quite fine balance.
Personal stats: Bottle from a trade with Sigmund

PapaVillum (947) - Valby, DENMARK - JUL 7, 2014

Berlor (2) - DENMARK - JUN 30, 2014 does not count
My surprise with this one was that it is great both tempered and cold. I was expecting a heavy bock but it is fresh with a taste building to last long enough to experience the aroma. Nice for warm summer evenings as post dinner treat as well as a winterly chillout by the fire.

dj (620) - Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 2, 2014
Bottle, 500ml, from Torvehallerne, Copenhagen. 7.9% ABV. A cloudy deep brown colour with a medium brown head. Aroma of sweet malt, dark fruit. Flavour is intensely malty with honey, some coffee bitterness, liquorice, blackcurrant, chocolate malt. Fairly sweet with high carbonation. A very tasty brew, the intense malt flavour is lifted by the fruity flavours making the brew more interesting and easy to drink.

BoBoChamp (5755) - Gent, BELGIUM - DEC 5, 2013
50cl, at 7.9%Vol, exclusive Danish brew, from Voldby Købmandsgaard Hammel, complex brew, sweet/malty and slightly spicy/roasted, balanced, hazy, good head, nice brew

UPDATED: FEB 22, 2014 Rerate of old rating 02.11.2013, 0,5l bottle (best before 08.03.2013) @ home:
Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet, caramel malts, dried fruits, raisins, toffee, chocolate, broth, grass, dark sugar. Taste is sweet, caramel malts, sugar, toffee, grass, raisins, nuts, chocolate, burnt caramel, hints of butterscotch. Medium bitterness. Nice, and aging has done this one very good.
