En stærk aroma af hyldeblomst med en anelse citrus i den. Det samme gør sig gældende i smagen, og en god malt fylde også. TorbenJensen (1517) - Valby, DENMARK - JUL 26, 2015
Lovely refreshing aroma of elderflower. Thirst quenching property, but maybe a little too sweet in its entirety. Only a hint of lager taste to make themselves known in this drink most appearing to be an elderflower drink. Cozy summer drink, but do not expect a great beer experience. laiti (8374) - Tampere, FINLAND - APR 18, 2012
50 cl bottle. Rated on 01.06.2010POLK (2219) - Hørning, DENMARK - JAN 9, 2012
Murky orange colour, disappearing head. Aroma is stale and sweetish with citrus and floral notes. Flavour is too sweet and stinging with floral notes and citrus. Not good.
Fin hop + elderflower fragrance. evident in the elderflower taste and too much sweetness - probably to hide the low alcohol content. Tastes like candy. onystrom (1333) - Magellan Hunter! - Skanderborg, DENMARK - JAN 2, 2012
Light yellow color with okay head. Nice light elderflower flavor with modrate bitterness. Its fresh! From my Backlog.

Small white creamy head and a light hazy golden body. Aroma of peach, pear and elder flowers. The taste is medium/heavy sweet and has nearly no bitterness. The beer is to sweet and has to much fruits and flowers. Christian (13605) - Odense, DENMARK - MAR 19, 2010
Slightly hazy dark golden with a disappearing white head. Dominating elderflower aroma with floral and citrus notes. Sweet and juicy elderflower flavour with just a hint of malt. Nice quencher for a sunny day, but too sweet for me. Ungstrup (37333) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - DEC 3, 2009
Bottled. A slightly hazy golden beer with a huge white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of berries and elderflowers on a lightly malty background. The flavor is very sweet with notes of berries and elderflowers as well as lighter notes of malt, leading to a lightly bitter finish. espenra (1015) - Kurland, NORWAY - NOV 19, 2009
50cl bottle from a friend. Best before 2009-12-05. It poured a pale yellow colour with a small white slightly creamy head. It has a floral, grassy aroma with notes of malts and yeast. Flavour is bitter and a tad sour. Massive citrus, some sugar and elderberries. It’s not really nasty, but definately not good either. Thankfully it has a short aftertaste. In short, this is a ticker-beer. Grovlam (4224) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - NOV 15, 2009
CBF09 from bottle. Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Spare display of lacework. Clear yellow color. Aroma of elderflower, citrus, fruit, mild malty notes and a hint of what appeared as spicy notes as well. Light bodied with an average carbonation. Light sweet flavor. Light citrus like finish.
