Tap (Svatovaclavsky, Olomouc) (6+:4:6+:4:13=3.3++)
Smells of fresh bread. Hazy gold, large tight spongy head. Massively bready taste, fresh, some crust on that. Pleasantly hopped, gently bitter. Full smooth palate, but refreshingly carbonated. Good hefe.

hrabren (1511) - Zagreb, CROATIA - AUG 19, 2015
On tap at Svatovaclavsky pivovar, Olomouc, CZ. Hazy golden with yellow tint, small white head. Citrus aroma maybe due to lemon garnish on the glass rim. Medium carbonation, thin body. Sweet but rather flat, no real character. Not what it should be.

10/VII/15 - on tap @ Konvikt (Olomouc) - BB: n/a (2015-901)

Cloudy deep orange to beige beer, creamy white head, pretty solid, non adhesive. Aroma: grains, bit sweet, no banana though, not much smell at all, actually. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body, creamy texture. Taste: sweet grains, bit malty, hint of banana, caramel. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, some ripe banana, hoppy touch.

On tap at brewpub. Pours golden color, white head. Aroma is malty, hints of banana. Taste is medium sweet, malty, banana, hints of grapefruit. This is not a german hefeweizen for sure.

Standardní pšenice. Z mě neznámého důvodu dávají do sklenice plátek citrónu (wtf?).

(Rating #4877)

On tap at Svatovaclavsky. Hazy gold pour with frothy pillowy white head. Light wheaty aroma, banana and clove phenols are low, czech lager aroma only wheaty (I believe it is a lager). Hoppy flavour, really hoppy for a weizen, actually just a wheaty pale lager, fresh bread, nice saaz grassy finish, the wheat is more fitting than I would have imagined. Palate is dry, but the wheat provides a nice creaminess. Very good.

MartinT (10036) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - MAR 10, 2013
My Bottom Line:
Biscuity wheat, mild citrus and herbal hops whip up a generous, Svetly-like wheat-based beer.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A super creamy head of foam stays atop the cloudy yellow beige.
-There are few esters and phenols, which was unexpected, but a nice change of pace.
-The aroma showcases cereals first and foremost.
-Make sure you ask for ‘no lemon wedge’.

On tap at the brewpub.

UPDATED: JUN 3, 2012 Tap @Olomuc. Hazy light yellow color. Small head. Sour, wheat, citrus in aroma. Its really thin palate, even watery one might say. They serve it with lime, which is actually pretty nice.
