Draught at the brewpub, called St. Norbert Eastern. Good stuff too with a hazy pale yellow appearance and a nice huge, foamy head. Nice aroma of banana, citrus and top-fermentation, yeast. Complex body with flavour of banana, yeast, citrus-orange, vanilla. Fine, smooth aftertaste, lively carbonation. If a go back to Prague, i’ll drink it again...

on tap @ Klasterni Pivovar Strahov, Prague. Golden with a nice frothy head, lovely banana and bubblegum spice nose which carried very well into the flavor as well. Personally one of my absolute favorite Weizens of all time.

On gravity dispense at GBBF 2014 and drunk on the opening day. Very likely the beer of the festival for me. Very slightly hazy amber, huge white foam head. Thank god it dissipates. Nose is amazing. Lovely creamy, clove, sweet malt, fresh banana, wheaty creamy cereal grain, straw and hay. Taste is fresh clean creamy, clove, sweet malt, banana, straw and hay, lemon crisp slightly bitter lager hop tingle. Light and full flavoured. Fantastic beer.

Tap @ Klásterní Pivovar Strahov, Prague.
Pours deep, muddy yellow with an impressive, creamy, slightly off-white head. Super duration - it even stays after drinking from it. Bubbles are lazily caressing the sides of the glass, looking for the white foam above. Aroma is lovely banana, some green apple, lemons, coriander and wheat. Wonderful mouthfeel with high carbonation. Flavour is elegantly fruity without ever overdoing it. Banana dominates, but coriander and a strong, semi-dry bitterness equals everything out to almost perfection. Stunning.

Very yellow hazy body, big creamy white head, thick lacing, lots of champagne like bubbles; Very big very full nose, lots of yeasty banana, lots of fresh clove, generally fresh and very good; Huge soft big bubbled carbonation on balanced bitter body, very nice texture; Quite long finish with lots of aroma, a little malty harsh, otherwise balanced bitter, lots of yeasty clove aroma and quite a bit of malt aromas. Great refreshing quite full beer.
