Tap at the brewpub. Poured a murky medium brown with a broken off white head. The aroma is malt, spicy red berry fruit. The flavour is moderate sweet with a sweet malt sugary fruit palate and a bubbly mouthfeel. Medium bodied with average carbonation. An interesting take on a weizenbock. rlgk (18847) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JAN 8, 2017

From tap - 0,25l at brewpub. Pours deep dark brown liquid, medium to big frothy tan head, fell down after a while, small layer stayed, Aroma: wheat, yeasty, banana, citrus, clove, minor caramel, quite dominant yeasty/ citrus - perhaps due to the age of the beer (one of the last beers from the last KEG), Taste: light to medium sweet, light bitter, medium sour, fruity, citrus, lemon, yeasty, some banana, tastes more like a standard weizen than a dunkel weizen, Palate: light to medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation, long acid fruity finish, Overall: good, certainly near end of shelf like, all the way acceptable, quite drinkable, rather enjoyed. msbernac (2558) - Krakow, POLAND - FEB 8, 2014
