Ungstrup (37633) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAY 3, 2011
Bottled. a golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

oh6gdx (26488) - Vasa, FINLAND - JUL 3, 2008
Bottled. Rubyish amber colour with mediumsized beige head. Aroma is mildly roasted malts, some slight chocolate as well as raisins. Flavour is quite much the same with underlying tones of mild fruityness and grassy hops.

omhper (25139) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - MAR 26, 2002
Very dark brown. Apple aroma. Medium sweet, slightly roasty, but with nice dryish rather bitter finish.

Koelschtrinker (20403) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - JUL 27, 2011
Mittelmalziger Antrunk. Würzig mittelintensiv, mit der Zeit süßer werdend. Dabei tief malzig bleibend, recht würzig, leicht hopfig-herb. Der Abgang ist etwas bananig und sehr malzig. Vollmundiges Bier! Test vom 27.8.2008, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 13,11,11,13,-,11 - 11,52

rlgk (18850) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - FEB 26, 2007
Amber, beautiful huge offwhite head. Hoppy aroma with some vanilla notes. Vanilla and toffee flavor with some hops. Bitter finish with traces of malt.

Oakes (17684) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 6, 2011
Garnet-brown colour. Has the signature toffeeish-liquorice aroma of Czech darks. Sweet, with burnt toffee notes.

yngwie (17053) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - MAY 31, 2009
Bottle. It pours a clear, copper-colored body under a small, creamy, beige head. Looking quite good actually. Decent aroma with caramel tending towards butterscotch, sweetness, fruits and noble hops. Sweet, full-bodied mouthfeel with caramel, and some hops giving a decent bitterness. Some bitterness in the finish too, but it wouldn’t hurt from a little more of it. A decent beer, but I could easily do without the butterscotch. (090508)

Dedollewaitor (16170) - Odense, DENMARK - JUL 31, 2008
50cl bottle. Pours brown with a small white head. Caramel, toffee & bread. Slightly roasty. Medium bodied. Quaffable!

FatPhil (16102) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - DEC 1, 2012
500ml bottle - shared by Marduk - thanks. Was 3 months past BB.
Nice soft roast, some chocolatiness to it. Fruity apple/orange retronasals. Very simple soft roast in the taste too.Finish has very dark burnt malt bitterness, with slightly metallic hints. Full and smooth palate, just gently sweet to keep it smooth, but not sugary at all. Carbonation is pleasant. Super easily drinkable dunkel, just what I like in a dark beer - would session this. Not showing signs of age at all, if anything the dryness might be aided by the age, and a positive thing.
