A blend of Centennial and Chinook hops provide the bitterness, while a heavy dose of Cascade lends a floral aroma. If you’re an IPA fan, you’ll really enjoy this one.

12 oz bottle in a Samuel Adams lager glass.
My first beer from this brewery and it's a solid entry. While the aroma is too dank and earthy, the flavor is good and the mouthfeel is excellent. As expected in a "Red IPA", this has more, and darker, malt flavor than an average IPA. The malts give this a momentary sweetness when it hits the tongue, but this transforms to moderate (for style) bitterness by the finish.

12oz bottle @ home. Pours clear amber with a persistent off-white cap. Malt, bread, pine nose. Flavors are citrus hops, dough, smooth caramel malt. Nicely balanced and refreshing. Lightly bitter, lingering finish.
